We want you to be happy with PaperMind. If you're not satisfied with Premium, we'll refund you the full amount within 30 days of payment — no questions asked.
To request a refund, contact us at papermindsupport@gmail.com or request the refund directly from our payment provider Paddle at paddle.net. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method.
EU consumer right of withdrawal (14 days)
As an EU consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day of contract conclusion. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Jonathan Gorstka, papermindsupport@gmail.com) by an unequivocal statement (e.g. an email).
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw.
Early loss of the right of withdrawal
For digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, the right of withdrawal expires if you have expressly consented to performance starting before the end of the withdrawal period and have acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal. Our voluntary 30-day money-back guarantee above applies regardless.
Cancellation
You can cancel your Premium subscription at any time effective at the end of the current billing period. No further charges will apply. Outside the 14-/30-day periods, amounts already paid for the current period are not pro-rated.
